Advocacy and negotiation
CISC volunteers are trained to be able to act on behalf of clients to negotiate payments and discuss issues with a range of service providers, including:
- Utilities (gas, electricity, water)
- Telephone companies
- Centrelink
- Real estate agents
- Government departments
Eligibility
Any resident of the City of Casey is welcome to access these services.
